M.Sc. Development Communication and Extension is a 2-year duration bachelor level course. The course produces efficient professionals who can change the entire dimension of this field, putting forward tremendous efforts. Through this course, candidates will be able to serve the marginalized communities who suffer from inequalities and discrimination. Various subjects such as Women's studies, Urbanization, Pedagogy, Migration studies, International Development, Human Security, Demographics, Community development and Area studies taught in the Development Studies course. It centered on the socio-economic need of each and every community in our country. The main purpose of this course to provide a framework for the students to analyze and understand the way of living and culture of marginalized communities. After passing these courses candidates go on to work as a Social Reformer, Social Worker or even a lecturer.
