Admissions Open in Morning Star Polytechnic College

This polytechnic College was conceded acknowledgment by the Government of Tamil nadu as a co-instructive organization with an absolute admission of 180 seats vide G.O.763 EST/84 dt.13.6.1984, offering three parts of designing, for example, Civil, Mechanical and Electronics and Communication. The three storeyed primary dark was formally pronounced open on 24.08.1987 by the organizer benefactor of the College and Bishop of Kottar, the Most Rev.Dr.M.Arokiasamy.D.D 

Extra parts of Engineering, to be specific, Computer Engineering and Information Technology were presented, separately in 1987 and 2001.Subsequently, a branch in Electrical and Electronics Engineering was presented in the year 2004. Expanding the admission of Mechanical Engineering to 120, the yearly admission of the polytechnic College was brought to 390 up in the year 2005-06. 

The men's hostal was officially honored by the then supporter of the College and religious administrator of kottar the Most Rev.Dr.Leon.A.Tharmaraj on 03.06.1991. 

Presently, as the ward of Kottar is bifurcated, on 22-12-2014, this regarded foundation has a place with the new see of Kuzhithurai. Having Most.Rev.Dr. V. Jeromedhas as its benefactor, the College is advancing towards totality of life.
