Library: The library at Bodoland University, also known as the Padma shri Madaram Brahma central library has a vast collection of books, journals, periodicals, magazines and the CD/DVDs for the students and the staff. The library has implemented the library management system software SOUL 2.5 with the barcode based circulation system. The library also has a digital collection of e-journals and the internet facilities.
Health care centre: The Medical Department of the Bodoland University came into force in the year 2013 with two of staff nurses and one pharmacist. Now, one medical officer and one ward boy are also get included in the medical team, which render treatment and medical related support to the students and staff of the Bodoland University.
Canteen: The university also has a canteen which provides nutritious and the quality food at affordable rates to the staff and students.

* The minimum marks for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) or differently-abled students (with equal to or more than 40 percent disability) is 50% or any equivalent grade.
* The rules and regulations of the Medical Council of India or Indian Nursing Council or Rehabilitation Council of India or recommendation of Faculty of Medicine for Clinical Courses shall be followed (where necessary) in the case of the Medical Sciences.
* Those students who are in the final year of their Master's course Degree may also apply for the PhD study Program in Gauhati University.
