Admissions Open in Community Polytechnic

The Institute was set up in 1986. At the underlying stage the significant territories of its work were: Manpower Development and Training Transfer of Technology, Technical Services, Support Services and Dissemination of Information. At present the Institute grants preparing to provincial jobless young people in different specialized exchanges like Computer Software, Computer Hardware, Radio TV and Mobile fix, Electrician, AC and Refrigeration, Welding, Diesel Mechanic and so forth.. 

The Organization National Rural Development Society Palahi is a Society Registered under Societies Registration Act 1860. It is running the Institute "People group Polytechnic College, Palahi" Mr. Jatinder Pal Singh Palahi is the President if this organization. 

Keeping in view the interest of the time and in this time of Computer this establishment began the Computer Software and Hardware courses to advance Information Technology in Country. The Institute is about 4Kms. from Phagwara, situated on Phagwara - Palahi Road at town PALAHI. This is the main Technical Institute of its sort which is arranged in provincial region in the Northern Region to advance quality specialized instruction. The Institute has a wonderful and huge structure.
