Admissions Open in Government Rajkiya Mahila Mahavidyalaya

Government Rajkiya Mahila Mahavidyalaya was set up in May, 2000, by the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh to take into account the developing requirement for higher instructive foundations for ladies in the semi-urban and provincial zones of southern Varanasi. The specialists of Diesel Locomotive Works of Varanasi gave eight sections of land of railroad arrive on rent for the development of school working to profit of the wards of DLW representatives. 

At present the school conducts U.G. level courses in nine subjects – Hindi, Sanskrit, English, HomeScience, Psychology, Physical Education, History, Sociology and Economics. Applications for beginning P.G. courses in Hindi, Home Science and Sociology have been sent to the Directorate of Higher Education, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh. The new working for Commerce Faculty is under development which is being financed by RUSA. 

To create characteristics of initiative, fearlessness, discipline, love for humankind and self-less administration among the understudies, three units of NCC and Rani Laximibai Rangers group are working in the College.
