Lord Shiva Educational Society, (‘The Society’) was established under the chairmanship of Shri Vijay Agarwal, in 2005 with a dream to provide composite and quality education to young minds in Legal, Technical and Educational field so that they become efficient lawyers, academicians, software developers & managers etc. who are ready to face tough challenges in the competitive world and also prove to be good human beings in order to serve the society at large.Presently, the society is running two institutions namely Royal College of Law, (Code: 875) and Royal Educational Institute (Code: 775) (together ‘The Institute’).Royal College of Law is approved by the “Bar Council of India (BCI)” & NAAC accredited 'B' grade in 2019 and Royal Educational Institute has been accredited by NAAC with the ‘B’ grade in 2013 and also has been approved by NCTE (A Govt. of India Staturary Body). The Institution is affiliated by Chaudhary Charan Singh University (C.C.S University), Meerut (Formerly Known as Meerut University).To serve the society at large through enhancement of legal literacy.To educate law graduates having highest ethical professional standards for serving to the broad spectrum of human society.

Computer Laboratory
Considering today's need for computerization, our College is proud to have all the infrastructure facilities in certain faculties such as Commerce, Geography and Mathematics. These departments have their own computer laboratories with modern equipment and necessary software (Microsoft Office, Mathematica, Matlab, Latex, C++ software, etc.) to meet the needs of students. In addition, the library also has an e-resource center, which provides access to e-resources among other things.
Library
Shahid Bhagat Singh College has a fully computerized barcode library. The library has a computer lending system with barcodes. We have two computers dedicated to OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) book searches. This collection is enriched by his over 86,796 books on various research fields. The library also subscribes to over 100 of his periodicals in various fields (national and international, specifically Harvard Business Review, The Economist, etc.). The library also has a small computer lab for accessing electronic resources subscribed to by the College of Delhi through the College's intranet and the Internet. The Library also holds orientation programs from time to time and provides orientation in electronic resources for accessing bibliographic databases and full-text databases available through the College's intranet and the INFLIBNET Consortium and Information Literacy Program. Students are encouraged to inquire about various library services with Dr. Puja Anand Gulati, Librarian.
Sports
The College's athletic fields include basketball courts, lawn tennis courts, and extensive fields for competitions such as cricket, football, and track and field. The sports building consists of a physical education director's office and rooms dedicated to indoor sports and recreational activities. Landscaping proposals for various sports fields were recently approved by the Building Committee and Board of Directors. Balwinder Singh is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science.
Canteen
The College campus has a spacious and well-ventilated canteen building with ample seating, separate from the academic blocks. We provide students and faculty with a variety of snacks, food, tea, coffee, and other beverages at low prices. The canteen committee monitors food quality, care and hygiene. A proposal to renovate the cafeteria was recently approved by the Building Committee and Board of Directors.
Seminar Rooms
The College has two seminar rooms equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The College organizes seminars, workshops and lectures with the active participation of students and teachers. Prominent scientists and experts from academic and business organizations are invited to interact with students and give lectures.
