Ch. Charan Singh Govt. Degree College, Chhaprauli, Baghpat was established in the year 27 September 1997. The foundation stone of the college was done by the then Prime Minister Mr. H.D. Deve gowda. 4.00 hectares of land for the construction of The mansion was given free of cost by Sri Vidhya Temple Intermediate Management Committee. On December 12, 2006, the name of the college was given by the UP Government to Ch. Charan Singh Govt. Degree College. Efforts are being made to keep them progressively by providing appropriate guidance in the establishment of moral values in the students and students and their capabilities are good / excellent for the achievement of beautiful, disciplined and higher education.
