Bhartiya Balika Teacher Training College, has been managed by Bhartiya Institute of Education & Research which works with commitment. The motto of Bhartiya Balika Teacher Training College is ‘Shaping the Rural Talent’ and it works accordingly. Our management, Bhartiya Institute of Education & Research, was established on 2008-09 and has been registered with the Office of the Society Registrar, Sikar vide Registration No. with a prime aim of empowering rural students through professional training of education. The principal along-with the faculty members of our college and the executive body of the management lead this college to achieve higher level of performance by virtue of effective and efficient transaction of teaching and learning processes. Our college is always ready to apply innovative practices in teaching learning process. Faculty members are encouraged to contribute significantly in various academic activities like presenting papers at local, state and national level, publish articles in various journals of education and news papers. The faculty members hold good positions in various academic organizations such as Board of Studies, syllabus committee and committee members of panel examiners of various examination committees. Faculty members’ contribution is not restricted to our college only but they also contribute in community services by delivering motivational talks, participation on various community services, etc.

Library
The college has a library that is the heart, mind, and soul of an educational institution and a fountain-head of innovativeness, inspiration, and insight both for the students and the faculty. Learning and the library are to each as the light to the lamp. The library is housed in a spacious section of the College building. It has been systematically and steadily strengthened. It houses more than 7500 commendably classified Textbooks and Reference books, apart from a sizeable number of Research Journals and Magazines available in the Reading Room for the enhancement of the knowledge of the students.
