Admissions Open in Government Medical College and Hospital

Government Medical College, Kota is located at Rangbari Road, regarding fourteen kilometers aloof from Kota junction railroad station and regarding ten kilometers aloof from Rajasthan roadways in which bus stand.

Before March 1992, Except Kota division, each division of Rajasthan was having a Medical college. The long-expected want of Medical faculty in Kota division was consummated by the government by creating a call for that purpose on ten.02.1992. The Govt. Medical faculty Kota came within the existence in March 1992 and Dr. RL Ajmera, academician Physiology joined on seventh March 1992 because of the initial principal.

The first batch of fifty students was admitted in the 1992-93 session and regular categories of this batch were started in ESI Hospital building at Jhalawar road Kota. This Medical faculty was recognized by MCI since Dec 1998.

After completion of the development of its own building, the Medical faculty was shifted to the field with ample house at Rang Bari road within the year 1997. This field contains the college building, body block, auditorium, indoor courts and gymnasium, E-Library, E-Classroom, boys’ and girls’ hostels, guest house, school and workers accommodation, new Medical faculty Hospital associated a freelance branch of SBBJ (Now SBI).
