Fatma Teachers college (FTTC) situated at Dubaliya, P.O. Chandy, Tehsil – Kanke, District - Ranchi is run and managed by Fatma instructional & Welfare Trust, Mozahid Nagar, Hindpiri, Ranchi, having Registration No. 17698/2092/2008. the school has been established within the year 2008. the school can be reached from N.H.33 route (near BIT Mesra) that results in Chandway, Kanke.
