M.Phil. Law is a research-level course. The duration of this course is 2- year long and its syllabus are divided in 4 semesters and it provides on a part-time basis by the various institute. The study gives processes of conclusion-making by agencies and they are controlled by legislators. Both the civil law and criminology, which examines character evidence, expert testimony, privileges, relevance. The administrative procedure with the concept of discretion and common law doctrines which controls the discretion in decision making is the main aim of this course. This course attention on the tactical and procedural introduction of all the evidence at trial in the courtroom.
